I believed that art.com's promotional advertisement, which promised delivery by December 24, was truthful. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise. I placed the order on December 18, which was within the timeframe for delivery, and it did not arrive as promised. I did not receive a response to my two emails to customer service on December 24. On December 25, I received responses saying that my print did not pass quality control and was reordered, and that my concern was "escalated" to the next level. On December 28, 10 days after my original order, I received an email from art.com saying that my order would be "a bit late". I cancelled my order. The misleading advertisement and lack of communication regarding their production problem were very disappointing to me, as the purchase was an intended gift.
