Top professionalism from estimator. Installers showed up on time and got the new furnace working by nightfall. Passed city inspection without any problems. Very nice people, too. The furnace is excellent.

They were available very quickly. They provided a good diagnosis and prompt repair. They came back a few days later without me asking them to make sure everything was working right. They didn't charge me for it.

Eric was extremely pleasant and personable and did a great job communicating with us and our contractor. He was very accommodating to various requests and even put the new system in the attic portion of our garage to all for more space. The carrier products are top of the line.
