+ -1 moreTop professionalism from estimator. Installers showed up on time and got the new furnace working by nightfall. Passed city inspection without any problems. Very nice people, too. The furnace is excellent.

+ 0 moreThey were available very quickly. They provided a good diagnosis and prompt repair. They came back a few days later without me asking them to make sure everything was working right. They didn't charge me for it.
Description of Work: I hired Anchor Heating & Cooling to try and repair, and ultimately replace a residential furnace.

Description of Work: Heater fan in condo was not working. Tenant believed she smelled gas. PG&E could not find a problem. Anchor detected a major carbon monoxide problem, which could have proved fatal, and also determined the heater was more than 40 years oldl and in urgent need of replacement, which they did promptly and satisfactorily, albeit a bit expensively. New furnace did not fit in the existing space, so carpenter had to expand space. (There were apparently no furnaces made noew small enough for that space.)

+ -1 moreEric was extremely pleasant and personable and did a great job communicating with us and our contractor. He was very accommodating to various requests and even put the new system in the attic portion of our garage to all for more space. The carrier products are top of the line.
Description of Work: Anchor replaced the entire heating, AC, and ducts in a house we recently purchased.
