They were really outstanding and thorough. The actual cost was a hundred dollars cheaper than the quote. They were really careful to not damage our home as well. They even took all the things that were not junk to donate to the salvation army. He made us feel very comfortable about our decision. The price was more than right. The young men working with him were very kind as well. They were so prompt and I can't say enough about their service.

Kevin and his staff provided professional, prompt and courteous service
to my 85 y/o aunt. We will call American Hauling again when we need this
type of service. They hauled away over 50 years of junk, muck, and more
junk without a hitch. They really cared for my aunt when they smelled
and found some old rotten food. They made sure the rest of the food in
her fridge was OK. They called me for permission to search. Great guys!

It was the first time I had used them. A key reason I chose them was because they recycled the material. They were very quick to respond and were on time. The prices were very reasonable.

Kevin called promptly in response to an email I sent to his website. I was initially surprised at the projected cost but turns out Kevin's bid was very fair and slightly lower than another service company. I was going to have a few days to decide because we were scheduling the following weekend but I was confident that Kevin was the right guy for the job so I left him a message that I wanted to book the following Saturday. Kevin was extremely easy to deal with and even managed to fit the job in just two days later rather than having me wait another week. He was very sensitive to my sticker shock and offered to reduce the cost as he finished even though his original bid was more than fair--and it was an unseasonably hot day too. He did a speedy job and left no mess. I got great work at a fair price. I would definitely hire Kevin again and I give him the very highest recommendations!! American Hauling exceeded my expectations in every way. Call Kevin -- you'll be glad you did.

Kevin called me within 5 mins of me leaving a message, and my junk was hauled away in less than a week. I appreciate Kevin trying to drop off any usuable material at Urban Ore. American Hauling did an awesome job and I would strongly recommend them.

I called Kevin at American Hauling at 11am. He answered the phone himself. I told him I had a small load of junk to go to the landfill and asked if he could come over and give me an estimate. He said he could probably tell me over the phone and asked what floor I as on (2nd), was there and elevator (yes), and was there parking directly outside the building (yes, yellow zone). He quoted $125 for what I said was probably no more than a pick-up load. I agreed and he was actually there in less than an hour!! He brought a pretty large truck that was in good shape and was done with the job within a few minutes. Along with old file cabinets, broken bookcases, styrofoam backed posters, and the usual trash, I had a shopping bag of papers that I had negelected to put with the recycling the day before. Kevin asked me if it was okay to drop off at the recycle center of if it needed to be shredded which I thougth was a very astute question to ask. He's very friendly and a hard worker. He has a crew to help with larger projects but seems to do the small jobs on his own. I could not be happier.
