I had some trouble with the online ordering process - I entered a business mailing address and the website changed the street address and zip code to what its database thought the valid options were. I called customer service and the representative took my information over the phone, which made the process take a little longer, but it worked out ok. The order arrived in 2 days.

One of the posters arrived with a small wrinkle. When I notified them, they immediately replaced it without issue. The other posters were undamaged. The replaced poster arrived shortly after I notified them, and the second poster arrived without damage.
