A few months ago, I moved into a lovely, bright and airy apartment. It’s in an older building with a lot of charm—but with the impressive age of the place, along came with it were a sleuth of problems… These past few months I’ve unfortunately experienced a total of 3 leaks! Problematic as they were, working with Angel from 1-800 Water Damage made the experience a whole lot smoother! The first leak happened the morning of Christmas Eve, and I was absolutely devastated as the leak completely caved the ceiling in my dining room through! Angel however, true to his name, came in and handled the water mitigation with such professionalism and kindness. His calm, yet very friendly demeanor let me know that I was in good hands. Angel and his team are clean and precise with their work. They answered all the inquiries I have regarding the repairs, and gave me a thorough timeline of their work. They always made sure to do the job right, and made sure the repairs were done to ensure my safety and health as a tenant living in an older building. I’ve worked with 1-800 Water Damage 3x now and it’s been an absolute pleasure despite the circumstance. I absolutely recommend Angel and the services of the 1-800 Water Damage Crew. Thank you!
