I hired Steve for an inspection of a home I'm purchasing. From our first contact he was helpful, responsive, personable, prompt, and thorough. I chose him because my former boss had also been satisfied with an inspection he previously did for her. For my inspection he explained issues as he found them and everything was thoroughly documented with comments and photos in his report received that same day. He even pointed out issues that the pest inspection didn't find but should have. I recommend Steve Parrish of Building PI Property Inspection Services without any hesitation whatsoever. He knows his stuff and did a super job.
