Car Washes
I spend $35 and expected a nicely cleaned car. This didn't happen. The cup holders were still filthy with small pieces of paper left in them. They didn't wipe down the back door sides or sides in back (it's an SUV). Vacuumed part of the back, could actually see the line where they choose to stop. There was bird poop left on one window. I was told they do bug removal but bird poop would be an extra fee. The owner's response was to get the backseat side doors and back inside area wiped down was an extra fee as well. When I complained his response was that he did his homework and knows that he is providing better service than the competitors. He did redo the car, when it came back it still had obvious dirt all over the sides inside the back. When I asked about it he said it wouldn't come off with out a special chemical and that would be an extra cost to me. When I got home, I easily wiped it off with a wet rag. This was a lot of money for very poor quality of service.
