I worked with these guys to diagnose an issue with my geriatric AC unit (~30 years old). While he was able to find an issue with the AC he wasn't able to find the issue that was causing my problems (he was willing to brainstorm some possible issues though). He recommended that I replace the unit due to its age (sound advice that I can't afford to follow right now) and only charged me 1/2 for the visit (he was willing to give a full refund but I didn't think that was appropriate). I'm going to keep searching for the root cause of the issue but appreciate the effort put in.
