I go to Debra when I need my hair cut. She is very friendly. She did a nice job cutting my hair. She always does a fabulous job with my hair. I would tell a family member or a friend that she does a very good job. It takes an average length of time to do a cut and color. When I have my hair colored by her, it probably takes an hour and just a haircut was about 45 minutes or half hour. I've been utilizing her services for probably 20 years. I've never had to wait.

Called Debra Harris to get an appointment. Just moved to the area and used Angie's List to find this provider. The appointment was scheduled for the following day. Debbie is very professional and gave me a great haircut, something mist people are unable to do. I have found my new hair stylist, thanks to Angie's List.

I had scoped out this salon last a couple of weeks earlier, for location and first impressions, and I was pleased with what I found. I met Debbie Kelly that day and made an appointment with her. On the day of the appointment Debbie was very helpful, asking me what exactly I was looking to do with my hair, she listened to me and gave me valuable suggestions. Not only was I pleased with my hair by the end of the day, but I was pleased with the overall experience. The place is clean and professional, as well as soothing. Debbie took the time to get to know me. I don't generally enjoy 'chatting' with hair stylists, but Debbie made me feel as if we were old friends. I would highly recommend her

I recently moved from Washington state to the Elk Grove area. I have had the same hair dresser for 17 years so wasn't sure what to look for in a new provider. I saw some positive reviews of Debra Harris on Angie's List and decided to call. She got back to me with a confirmed appointment time for the following day. She listened to my explanation of what my previous hair dresser had done and talked me through how she might achieve the desired results using a slightly different method. I was very happy with the results. I confirmed an appointment with her for five weeks later. During our second appointment (6/21/2013) she was able to squeeze my husband in for a haircut while my hair was processing. Debra also did an excellent job on his hair.

When I went to see Debra it had been quite a while since I had a hair cut. I usually don't know exactly what I want when I go into have my hair cut, Debra was very patient and was able to help me choose which cut would look good on me. Debra was great! My hair looked wonderful! I received more complements on my cut than I ever have. But most importantly was that my hair felt so healthy. I was in her chair on time and out of the chair in a timely manner.... No all day at the beauty shop and being double booked!!! Debra Is very kind and professional giving great service every time I sit in her chair. I am very picky when it comes to my hair and it has been years since I was completely satisfied with how my hair looked and felt when I walked out of the shop, it is nice to know that I feel like that every time. Debra really listened to what I wanted and gave me what I asked for.

The receiption area is quite inviting and I like the individual rooms. Very clean and professional.  Great service and reasonably priced!  I will definately go back!!

My hair stylist there is Debbi –Doonan-Kelly. I go all the way to Elk Grove California because she is so good. Everyone goes to her. She is just incredible. The place that she is in does facials and waxing and all kinds of stuff. It is a neat little place and prices there are reasonable. I recommend them highly. I am in my 50s but she does a lot of young girls and a lot of men so she is good for everybody. My daughter who is 21 loves her. She does everything. My coloring is kind of tricky because I have started getting gray so she has to color that, and highlights. She is really good at colors. I know a lot of people who go to her. She was recommended by a friend and she is just good at everything. She just knows like some people who know how to do it right. She is very good. I think she is reasonable. It takes at least two hours because I have really thick hair. She never rushes, and she does it right. She gives you her cell, you can call anytime, and she makes each person feel perfect. It is an hour and fifteen minutes drive and it cost me $60 in gas because that is where I used to live. But I drive all the way there every seven weeks because she does such a good job of my hair. I do not want to switch to anybody else.
