Excellent service. Arrived on time. Explained process for identifying the problem and the repair. Also provided very useful information on the operation of my spa that I was unaware of. Josh was great in all areas of service, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Before leaving, Josh again made sure the spa was operating correctly, closed the spa cabinet and asked if I had any questions. Tropical Pools / Josh exceeded my expectations. Great service. Thank you

Swimming Pool Remodeling
After weeks of chemicals, skimming, and running sand filter, I realized that my above ground pool was not going to get clear so I decided to have the pool drained, cleaned and start all over again with all chemicals needed. Tropical Pools are very professional, prompt, knowledgable and explained everything that needed done. I was a pleasure working with them. I will hire them again. Very satisfied customer.

our pool was nasty green and from our tenants. we had trouble fixing it. they came out put 2 gallons of chlorine in the pool, changed our filter, let the pump run 24 hours and the next morning the pool was ready for swimming. Very impressed. yes we use them for monthly services.

Josh was a life saver. He came out to install a new pool motor (when no one else would) and squeezed me in on a Saturday! He is my new go-to guy for all things pools. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and isn't out to soak you for every dollar - he's reasonably priced and gives good advice. I can't say enough good things about this pool company, except look for more good reviews about them from me in the future, as I intend to use them again and again. I feel so lucky to have found them.

My situation was beyond their capabilities. My only complaint is after they did my pool startup and understood what I was needing in order to maintain it for home sale purposes, they did not answer my phone calls for a couple of weeks. Then they told me that I wasn't in their service area for regular pool service. Poor communication, but competent technically for pool service.
