The rep. showed up on time, was friendly and explained what he was going to do. He did tell us that we should start seeing dead bugs inside and out. We did! It has been two weeks since he sprayed and we are still seeing dead bugs. We did have to sign up for a one year contract. The initial spray was $40.00. Then they set you up to come out and spray again one month later. Then they come out every two months to spray and the charge is $72.00 every other month. We had tried using Home Defence for some time. It killed a lot of the roaches, but there were too many for us to keep up with. That's why we called a professional.

Very professional salesman. Said person would be at my house between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to spray. Door bell rang at 11:32. Cleaned cobwebs off of eaves and then sprayed. Came inside and sprayed. He was professional, neat courteous. I recommend them highly .

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, AND IF I NEED THEM TO COME OUT OTHER THAN JUST THE ONCE A MONTH DEAL, THEY WILL COME OUT THE NEXT DAY OR MAYBE THE DAY AFTER.
