Our water softner stopped working and the Water Hook-up delivered and installed a new water softner in a minimal amount of time with no problems.  Brenda was very helpful and Calvin installed the new water softner as soon as he had one available even though he had to work in the dark!  The Water Hook-up allowed us to pay 1/2 down & the balance over the next six months with no interest.  Excellent customer service at a fair price and a great payment plan!

See services performed above.  I was aware that the unit might not be able to be successfully repaired.  I took a chance and unfortunately learned a very expensive lesson.  In hindsight I should not have begun this process.

"There are exceptions to every rule in repairing old water softeners. Many times the repair expense can be miminal which will keep an older unit running for a couple more years or longer. But, there are other manufacture systems that should be replaced. If you would like to replace your existing system, please contact our office and speak with Brenda. We have your file on record and will work with you on some special discounts to replace your existing unit."

Water Hook-Up was exceptional! The owner/operators, Brenda and Calvin were fantastic. The install was clean, proper, and to "code". I would recommend Water Hook-Up. The only problem we had was with the City of Rancho Cordova. We decided to follow regulations and obtain a "permit" for the work. The "city" was requiring additional information and additional money to obtain the permit. It took a call to a city council member to finally obtain the permit. Then after the system was installed the "city" would not "sign-off" for a non-germane (unrelated to building code) issue. Everything was done above and beyond what the building code required. There were absolutely no health or safety concerns. We had to call a city council member again. The original "inspector's" boss came out and "sign-off". Finally. Again, we would recommend Water Hook-Up.

This is small family owned company. The husband and wife come out and do any maintenance needed. They are very consistent. They call with reminders when it is time for the annual service. If we need to call them they are easy to make appointments with.
