Tepa Landscaping

We have had Ben do various jobs for us in the past and his work ethic and his professionalism impressed us then and continues to do so now. He is responsive to inquiries (although you may have to wait a bit since he is quite busy), he shows up on time, he knows what he is doing, he listens to what you want done and does it accordingly. We will continue to use his services in the future since he does such an outstanding job.

Ben and his crew did an awesome job. Not only was the price extremely competitive, he was able to do the job much quicker than his competitors, and the lawn looks amazing. I will call Ben at Tepa first every time.

I called Ben and a few days later he arrived on time and walked me through what needed to be done to my landscaping. He quoted me a price several hundred dollars cheaper than another company. He did everything he said he would. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he is willing to explain why certain things need to be done. I will definitely be using Ben in the future.

Ben came out the next day after we had contacted him.  Within a couple of hours he had located the problem and redid our drip system.  It works perfectly now.  We had used Ben previously and have been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and prompt attention to problems.

Ben did a great job of trimming down some bushes that really needed some work done on them. He was on time when he gave us an estimate, had to reschedule when the job was to be done but came on a Sunday morning to complete the work. We intend to hire him again when needed.

Ben is very professional and cares about his work. He was on time and worked quickly. We ran into some issues and he proposed a solution. I will definitely use his company again. 

Ben Iniguez  was professional and reassuring. I look forward to him returning to update all these old, varied sprinkler heads so the dogs can't run into any more and break them off..

Two men arrived on time.  They fixed the problem in a short time and I paid a good price.  I will use this company again.

I have called Ben on two occasions to fix my drip system and then my lawn sprinklers.  The first time, I called for an estimate and while he looked at the system he repaired it on the spot.  He likes to come and fix it first, talk later, which is OK with me.  He is VERY reasonable! 

 Ben is very competent and knows what he is doing.  He works very fast and likes to get down to business.  He is very busy, and may run late, but if he says he will show up, he will be there.  I will definitely use him again.

Ben was awesome. Ben was on-time for our estimate appointment. Gave me a quote on the spot, and then followed up with me that afternoon on when he could do the work. He was able to complete the work earlier than he thought, and made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before he left. I will definitely be using Tepa for any future landscaping and landscape repair needs that I have. His price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received, and his quality was top notch.

Before Tepa Landscaping came to repair our drainage problem, we had puddles all over the backyard. They quickly located the issue and made repairs. We now have a great working system. They are an extremely professional group who I'd recommend to family, friends or any person seeking a company who has great pricing and great service.

Ben came to my home and gave me a free estimate. He made several great suggestions of things that needed to be done in my yard that I had not considered. He gave me a great price. He then completely cleaned up the debris in my yard, mowed, edged, removed a raised bed and trimmed hedges and bushes, etc. while I was at work. I was stunned by what a great job he did - beyond my expectations. He followed up the work with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the work. Ben is very punctual and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

Working with Ben was an excellent experience. As previous reviewers have mentioned, there can be a language barriers at times, but he realizes this and will ask you to clarify if he doesn't understand. On all 3 appointments, he was a little later (30+ min) than expected, but was otherwise ready to work. He completed the tasks on time and on budget, even adding a little bender board to the landscaping without charge. There was also some additional gravel and roots on site, he removed those as well. All in all, an excellent service provider and we will likely hire him again.

One of the lines came undone, but Ben came back and fixed it and something else not even related to the job. The sprinklers are working fine now. He is a great guy and the price was very reasonable. Lawns at our rental always look good.

I received 3 quotes on some work to be done in my back yard. Ben and Tepa were the lowest by fifteen hundred dollars! The work was great quality. Ben was knowledgeable and provided me with guidance on how to spend my limited budget best resulting in a beautiful yard!

The job went great from start to finish. Ben promptly called back with a quote and quickly started the job. His team showed up on time and completed the work extremely quickly and with high quality. Ben has a great eye for detail and significant expertise. I would highly recommend using Tepa due to their quality, speed and pricing.

They were on time and worked all day in the blazing sun. When they were done, the yard was transformed. Great crew and Ben, the owner is very knowledgeable and personable. We were amazed that the job was completed in one day. We were so pleased, we now have them returning to completely re-landscape the back yard .

My experience with Tepa and Ben Iniguez was outstanding, and I will use them to do my backyard lawn sometime in the future.
Tepa (via Ben) contacted me shortly after I left a message indicating I would like to get a bid, and then came by my house to scope out the job shortly after our initial contact. Tepa came to my house on the agreed upon date and time. Ben discussed the options and advised me on what he thought would be best given my concerns about drainage. He also recommended a sprinkler system that I agreed to. I had a specific due date in mind that was about three weeks out due to a party we had scheduled. Ben informed me that he could complete the job before that date and so we agree that he would provide me a bid. We met at around 6:00 p.m. and I had a bid from him by about 11:00 p.m. that evening.
The bid was solid and somewhat lower than the other bid I received, so I informed Ben that, with the understanding that the job could be started and finished within the timeframe I had in mind, the job was his to accept. Ben told me that he could start the work on a Saturday and finish by Monday, five days before the party we had scheduled. I agreed to the timing and bid.
Tepa showed up as promised on Saturday, worked all day with a large crew, and substantially finished the job by that evening. A small crew of two came by on Sunday to finish the sprinklers. Thus, the job was completed on budget and a day early. Tepa also left the job site very clean on completion of their work.
As to the quality of work, the front lawn is beautiful and the sprinkers are operating precisely as promised. Over the weeks since completion of the job, the grass has taken quite nicely and looks extremely green and lush. Tepa set the automatic sprinkler system and timer so that I have just sat back and watched the grass grown in nicely.
Throughout the process, I found Ben and the other Tepa employees to be professional and friendly. I very highly recommend this company and, as indicated earlier, will use them again to meet my future lawn/landscape needs.
