He personally came out and did the estimate and he was very helpful in the showroom and making the selections for our entire home.  He is very helpful in directing us to choose the carpets and laminate floors everywhere else.

I have used this company in the past. I like that they are a local, family company. I think the price was fair, and I was told that the job would take two days. They rescheduled the start of the the job 4 times before they showed up. They were short of the laminiate, so left the hallway with one edge and one end unfinished. The second day, the plumber came to reinstall my toilet. That went ok. Then the carpet guys came, and they looked, thought they might not have enough material, so measured before they started. That was good. They finished up in good time, replaced the large furniture, etc. As far as I can tell, they did a good job. Then the baseboard guy showed up to put baseboards around the laminate. He got the bathroom and one closet done before it was getting dark and he had to leave. (6 pm on Saturday). On Monday I called the salesman/estimator about the laminate. He said the supplier shorted them. Maybe/maybe not, but the laminate was in their warehouse for at least a week before they began installation and nobody counted the boxes???? Anyway, he said it would be the next week before the additional material was available. He said he would send out the baseboard guy to finish the other two closets, so I could rehang my clothes. The baseboard guy didn't show up, and nobody called to tell me he wasn't coming. I spent 6 hours at home waiting for him when I could have been running errands or something. I called the salesman again and left a message....no response. I called the store and left a message for the salesman. I was told he was with a customer, and would call me back.....no response. I went into the store the next day and the young woman texted the salesman, who returned her call. She pulled up the order and said the extra material was due in the store the next day (now 10 days since they left the job undone) and they would be out to finish it between 1 and 2 on Friday, after they finished another job. The owner called me later and moved the completion up one day. They came, finished up, apparently did a good job and left. The baseboard guy came back "first thing" the next morning (9:45 am) and finished up. He did a nice job. Then he asked for the remaining payment, but he didn't know how much that was, and I am willing to bet he couldn't take a credit card. I said I would settle with the salesman on Monday. Short story- it took over two weeks to do a job that I was told would take two days. When I tried to find out what was going on, I couldn't get any response from the salesman. I will not use this company again.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT MEASURING THE SPACE OUT BEFORE THEY GOT STARTED. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO KNOW A LOT ABOUT THE LINE OF WORK THEY'RE IN. THE COST WAS HIGH, BUT WELL WORTH IT.
