I am an out of state property owner that made the mistake of engaging Wali at SkyWest. From the poor advertising & limited applicants they proffered, to the constant issues being presented with **incredibly inflated** estimates for repair, that should be enough to have fired them. But it gets worse...much worse. There was such a major leak at my house that Wali actually instructed my tenants to put a bucket under the kitchen sink...and never told me. He relayed this to me as a leaking 'faucet in the playhouse', and proceeded to get estimates of $4,000 to repair 2 plumbing problems. I was able to repair all 3 (major) issues with a reputable plumber for $1,200! Unfortunately, his lack of communication and corrupt/inept plumbers resulted in MAJOR damage to my home that will cost tens of thousands of dollars. In addition, Wali has such an inflammatory communication style that my tenants actually kicked him out of the house when he came to talk to them. He had not clearly delineated who was paying which bills, so there was confusion. His approach was so confrontational, and his facts were inaccurate, so he wound up accusing them of not paying a bill that HE had in fact been responsible for paying. My house actually wound up with a lien on it due to his ineptitude.
