Good price. Arrived within the time they said they would. sealed the chip, but told me that the crack would still be visible. (I honestly don't know how acceptable that is, I haven't needed a chip repair in over 15 years). Visible crack is an inch long. Just above eye level on the left edge of the windshield. Depending on the angle of sunlight, I either don't notice it or it reflects brightly.

Office staff were professional and polite. The man who installed my new windshield was great. The windshield looks wonderful. I did not price-check and cannot say how this price ($235 for a Prius windshield) compares with others. Scott's came to my office, which was very convenient. Installer was courteous, quick and competent. I would call Scott's again; they did the job as promised within the time-frame promised.

Left a bit of a mess on the dashboard from removing old windshield. Plastic frame around outer windshield was not properly reinstalled.

Called the company, talked to a live person straight away - Trina. Got an estimate - Competitively priced. Scott was on scheduled time, polite and professional. New Glass installed in approximately 30 minutes at home. He also gave us a complimentary gift and lifetime labor warranty against leaks etc. Will use services again if needed.

He was punctual and friendly, and he answered al of my questions with both the simple answer and an explanation. The replacement looks good and is working fine a couple of months later. My only complaint was that a few stringers of the adhesive were left stuck to the frame on the inside of the car, but I was able to rub them off.

They're excellent. They're very punctual and efficient. They are just generally good people to work with and I would highly recommend them.
