Worked with Scott and Michelle for a year renting a house out of Elk Grove. They are the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Punctual, and service minded, willing to bend over backward to make sure you the renter are happy. Their communication about renter responsibilities, terms of the rental contract, etc is prompt and clear. I give them top marks for their efforts with several minor repairs in the house as well as help with our AC system which at one point needed some tuning up. If you want excellent service I recommend Sac City Rentals!
