I purchased laminate flooring from S & G and was clear about my installation needs from the beginning. I spent $11,000 and at every step of the process, I was told that the timeline was not a problem. Well, it turns out, they will promise anything to get the sale, but, not actually take care of the scheduling to ensure the timeline it met. Instead, they pass you off to schedulers who do not care about meeting the sales person’s promises and the sales person takes no responsibility. I regret purchasing flooring from them and I will work with a professional when I purchase for the upstairs.

They were excellent. They are very very good. I would highly recommend them. They were the low bid and it was pretty darn reasonable. It was excellent work. They did it all in half a day, about 6 hours. There were 2 workers.

Good customer service. They worked with us so we could learn about the quality of the flooring. The rep took her time with us and made sure we had what we wanted. I would recommend them to friends and family members.
