Several Last minute re-schedules before initial meeting, then cost proposal different from verbal agreement--eventually clarified, but shouldn't have happened to begin with if scope had been clearly articulated. Work is warranted for two years--so we'll see about quality.

Rich and his crew are top notch. Work was completed same day and cleaned up all debris. I will certainly refer RRR Roofing to anyone seeking roof repair of any kind.

I got four bids for this job because I had two leaks in my house and several cracks all over my roof.
Richard Cowley of RRR Roofing had the best price, and he was the most straight forward and informative. Working with him was easy from start to finish.
The work went EXACTLY as planned and was completed in 3 days. My roof looks great! Even the City of Sacramento's inspector commented that it was a and quot;beautiful roofand quot;. There were no suprises or concerns.
Richard included a 5 year guarantee against leakage and 10-year workmanship guarantee.
I am completely satisified!

Although initially delayed by a couple weeks, the project then moved at a timely manner. They were accommodating and flexible to a few of my requests. I feel I was treated fairly in the pricing especially after ordering additional skylights.

Rich from RRR roofing was very good to work with. He gave us a quote with better pricing than a couple of other bids. Through the process, he was very responsive to any questions we may have. Overall he did a great job on our roof. Everything looks very nice. We definite would recommend RRR Roofing to anyone who is planning to redo their roof.

I was surprised when 3 workers showed up - wow. Everyone was there on time. They went right to work and had everything done (correctly!) within one hour. The workers were neat, professional, courteous, and friendly. They care about the quality of their work. If I ever need more roofing/electrical work RRR is the only place I'll deal with.

Owner came out and gave estimate. Was very knowledgeable. Performed the work a couple of days later, took about 3 1/2 hours. Guaranteed work for 3 years. Reasonable price.

He came when said he would and fixed the leak for the price he quoted.

They did a great job. The owner knew what he was doing. He sent me pictures during the process and completed in a timely fashion.

RRR Roofing has repaired my shake roof 3 times in the last few years, the most recent time was in March 2011. He came out the same day I called on all 3 occasions. He is very professional and does a great job. His prices are very reasonable.

I tried to get a second estimate, but both roofers my realtor recommended failed to return my call. Rich seemed very knowledgeable, organized, and responsible, so I just awarded him the job. I needed to get the work done ASAP. I don't really know how good his price was since i didn't get another estimate, so I didn't give him an A on price, but I thought his price was reasonable enough.

Rich was able to start work very soon, kept up excellent communication with me as to when he would arrive. He lifted up tiles on each side of the valleys so he could clear junk out of the flashing below. By the end of the day, the work was finished. He also provided a 2-year roof certification (included in his estimate) which my realtor said was necessary for some buyers to get loans.

We haven't had any big storms yet to really put the job to the test, but so far, this was a very positive roofing experience.

He showed ontime and after seeing where the leak was affecting the ceiling he got his ladder and began checking the roof to find the problem. After removing several tiles he said he had found the problem and asked if I wanted to have it fixed then or if I would like an estimate and have it repaired later. I asked what it would cost for the repairs and he quoted $175.00 so I told him to complete the repairs. I also asked him if he would check the entire roof when he finished the leak repair and that I would pay for the additional work.
He completed the leak repair and roof inspection and only charged me $200.00 for everything. I recommended him to my neighbor who also used his services.

Company started on time and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up when job was completed.

from 1st contact to job completion, super experience... no more leaks

Called RRRoofing earlier in December, 2010, and the company owner and an associate came out the next day to clean-out and fix a leaky valley in a tile roof, and batten-down some flashing on a house purchased last summer. After the next rain, I noticed that the roof was still leaking (fortunately, all the leaks were in the carport area), and the owner came out right-away to seal up more tiles. Then another rain came, and the roof was still leaking. The owner came out that day and replaced more tiles, and inserted additional flashing. In all, a total of about 20 ceramic tiles were replaced. All of the replaced tiles were spares that I had on-site. The owner is good-natured, prompt and very persistent in tracking-down numerous leak sources. I was charged once $325 on the first visit, and nothing more for the two subsequent visits. He answered all my questions, explaining that the cracked tiles may have been caused by other service providers stepping on the tiles during all the inspections that happened during escrow. I’m happy to have my roof under professional care and highly recommend this service provider.

RRR did a great job on our roof. They were very quick in reply to my emails and phone calls. They didn't use a huge crew, so it took a few days longer to get things done than I suppose it could have, but the work they did was great and the price was the best of all the bids we got.

The work was completed in record time and at the quoted price.

I got other bids. The guy shoots straight and does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. When some plywood had to be replaced he only charged me for the materials and not the labor. He was very fair. He was a couple of days behind because of a huge rainstorm, but luckily it didn't put me behind.
