Description of Work: Rick West is the owner of the company but doesn't do the actual yard maintenance. From the employees I have spoken with, he doesn't"t allow enough time to complete the work he signed up to do. I was told that he assigns a crew 13 houses to do the yard work for in an 8 hour day. He also doesn't pay the subcontractors he hires. He hired people to trim trees but then didn't pay them for their work so they wanted my dad to pay for the services. Because the staff aren't allowed enough time to do the work they were hired to do, they don't do it all. For example, they only pruned hedges/plants when I called to complain. Rick continues to try to get paid for services not provided. He disregarded a written notice that I did not want his services as of 9/1 and instead continues to demand a 60 day termination notice or payment. I paid 1 of the 2 months but told him I wouldn't pay the other month so he is now threatening to put a lien on the property.
