REALTY ROUNDUP INC

My experience with Realty Roundup was superb. I am a property owner and I manage my own properties. I asked Realty Roundup to complete a Rent-Up for me as I will take over the day-to-day management of the property; which they are happy to oblige - rather than refusing and only focus on full property management services. I was assigned Bill. who met me at the property, where he spent an hour with me, looking over the property and discussing our approach for advertising the property. I found Bill very easy to work with. He took nice pictures throughout the house and wrote a nice ad. Within a couple hours, interest and showings started coming in, which resulted in applications being submitted. It took a few days for the references and verifications to come back, and had a signed lease within 5 days. While there is no guarantee on how quick a property will rent, I was very pleased with the tenant Bill found. In speaking with my tenant, they were treated very well by Realty Roundup. Additionally, I?m pleased with all the services they performed for me as a property owner. I tried another Property Manager in the Sacramento Area without any luck. Realty Roundup was able to accomplish in 5 days what this other outfit couldn?t in 6 weeks. Thank you Bill and Realty Roundup. Michael Lewis

I have experience with property management both as a tenant and as a home owner. Elena was the property manager that handled several of my properties and she consistently lied and made mistakes. I rented a home as well and she failed to have the house ready for move-in, charges ridiculous fees and failed to give us the incorrect keys for the home. As a business partner in managing the property I owned, she would not handle money effectively and consistently made errors in transferring funds.

They have not rented the property out yet, but so far so good. The one thing I do not like is there is no feedback to me, so I always have to call and find out what is going on. Having some feedback from them would be nice. It would be nice to get a text, or email, or a phone call letting me know. Feedback would be nice. I will use them again if they rent my place.

The experience with them has been good. They send somebody out, usually the same day or the next day. I don't pay for the services, and they handle all the appointments.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Rental agreement was fraudently edited without owner's knowledge to start things off. Property managers consistently failed to represent interests of owner. Tenant was consistently behind in payments, with no action taken by property manager. Tax paperwork was incorrectly filed. Tenants violated lease agreement by taking apart HVAC equipment and electrical work in home, but again no action by Realty Roundup. The whole reason to hire a company like this is peace of mind. They did nothing to give us peace of mind, quite the opposite. Do NOT use this company.
