My experience with Realty Roundup was superb. I am a property owner and I manage my own properties. I asked Realty Roundup to complete a Rent-Up for me as I will take over the day-to-day management of the property; which they are happy to oblige - rather than refusing and only focus on full property management services. I was assigned Bill. who met me at the property, where he spent an hour with me, looking over the property and discussing our approach for advertising the property. I found Bill very easy to work with. He took nice pictures throughout the house and wrote a nice ad. Within a couple hours, interest and showings started coming in, which resulted in applications being submitted. It took a few days for the references and verifications to come back, and had a signed lease within 5 days. While there is no guarantee on how quick a property will rent, I was very pleased with the tenant Bill found. In speaking with my tenant, they were treated very well by Realty Roundup. Additionally, I?m pleased with all the services they performed for me as a property owner. I tried another Property Manager in the Sacramento Area without any luck. Realty Roundup was able to accomplish in 5 days what this other outfit couldn?t in 6 weeks. Thank you Bill and Realty Roundup. Michael Lewis
"[member name removed] I need to clarify a few items on your review. 1. You are not the owner of the home that you moved into in 8/3/2013. You are the granddaughter of the owner. Prior to August 2013, you have never rented a home through our firm. 2. Our firm has never managed a home you have owned. 3. Your grandparents were our clients. We managed one home for over 7 years and the second one for over 3 1/2 years. 4. the home you moved into was professionally cleaned, carpets were professionally cleaned, the front and backyard were mowed/edged and trimmed by a gardener. The home was ready for occupancy. There was one screen not completed prior to your move in. 5. There was a problem with the key. when you picked them up, the person gave you the old set of keys, instead of the new keys. I apologize for that error. 6. The owners had come into our office several times over the years with questions on their statements. Between Aleena and the bookkeeping people, to my understanding the owners understood when they left. 7. The owners, prior to your grandfather death, did most all of their own work. This year on the vacancy turn overs, your grandmother had us do the work. The work was approved by her. So I don't know how you can state bills were "ridiculous" when they were approved by the owner. 8. Aleena has no reason to lie to you or the owners of the property. so I don't know specifically what she lied about.
