Property Appraisal
THEIR SERVICE IS BAD! THEY WOULD NEVER GO AFTER MY TENANT WHEN HER RENT WAS LATE. WHEN I FINALLY HAD MY TENANT KICKED OUT, THE PROPERTY MANAGER WROTE DOWN THAT MY HOUSE WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. I WENT IN 10 MINUTES LATER, AFTER THE WALK THROUGH AND MY HOUSE WAS TORN APART. WHEN I BROUGHT THEM TO COURT TO SUE THEM, THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP. IN FACT THEY LIED AND TOLD THE COURT OFFICIAL BY PHONE THAT THEY WERE NEVER PROPERLY SERVED. I HAD THE PROOF ON ME FROM THE SHERIFF THAT THE NOTICE WAS SERVED PROPERLY.
