window cleaning
 + -1 moreWhen I first called to schedule this appointment, I spoke with a helpful woman who informed me that they weren't honoring Groupon customers until the fall. I thought that was reasonable, and scheduled for nov 14, 2012. The day before our scheduled appointment, Matt called to say he would need to reschedule due to him being sick with the flu. I called back to let him know about some alternate dates. It is now one month later, and he still hasn't called to reschedule. I called and left another message to reschedule, and am still waiting for a return call. I will update if they ever get back to us and perform the cleaning.
