Patterson Heating & Air quickly came to our rescue when our AC broke during a heat wave. The entire HVAC system was old and falling apart, with broken ducts circulating dusty and hazardous air from the attic. Chris was a huge help with getting us rebates and put in extra effort in helping us with the financing paperwork. The work crew was great; these guys worked hard to make sure the job was done right. It took them just 2 days to remove all the old equipment and ducts, install a new high efficiency unit with dual zones run by a NEST smart thermostat, add a whole house fan, and install a new pull-down ladder in the ceiling for easy access to the attic! The new system works great, is quieter, and has lowered our gas and electric bills!

It was fairly late at night and extremely hot. I wasn’t sure that we would be able to get any one out that late to look at our Air Conditioner, but we couldn’t wait until the next day. The owner himself came out and fixed our unit and even ended up charging less than what he had originally quoted. I would recommend him to anybody.

Chris, the technician was on time, he was very thorough with cleaning the unit and filters, inspection and tune up work. A list of possible future problems was prepared. However, no pressure to make repairs at this time. Price was more than reasonable for time put in, service provided and the analysis. Highly recommend Patterson Heating & Air.

Chris Patterson of Patterson Heating & Air arrived on time, is clean & professional when he make recommendation it's based up with reason, good prices and not a hard sell. He did major warranty. Work on our system last year after the company that installed the system was no help . Chris knows what he is doing. I trust him to what needs fixing and feel like I am not getting ripped off.
