Patterson Heating & Air quickly came to our rescue when our AC broke during a heat wave. The entire HVAC system was old and falling apart, with broken ducts circulating dusty and hazardous air from the attic. Chris was a huge help with getting us rebates and put in extra effort in helping us with the financing paperwork. The work crew was great; these guys worked hard to make sure the job was done right. It took them just 2 days to remove all the old equipment and ducts, install a new high efficiency unit with dual zones run by a NEST smart thermostat, add a whole house fan, and install a new pull-down ladder in the ceiling for easy access to the attic! The new system works great, is quieter, and has lowered our gas and electric bills!

Chris, the technician was on time, he was very thorough with cleaning the unit and filters, inspection and tune up work. A list of possible future problems was prepared. However, no pressure to make repairs at this time. Price was more than reasonable for time put in, service provided and the analysis. Highly recommend Patterson Heating & Air.
