I would not use them again. We took the dog in to get grooming. He is a white dog and when we took him home we saw some sores around his neck. So I took him back and she called the groomer and the groomer said it was nothing and it was fine. I think they used a spike on him. So told them I am not coming back. The owner was professional.

Used them for years with our last pet. Got a new puppy and used their services for grooming not sure of service date last year only approximate. When took our puppy approx 8 months old in for grooming he came back clipped but I noticed a set 2 even prong marks/holes several different places around his neck area as though a pronged restraint collar was used that left the holes. I called and talked with the owner Elaine and explained what we found. She said bring him right back which we did. She brought out the female groomer who did the clipping and asked what restraint or what were the marks from. She blew it off and said we don't use those here and picked him up and was rough housing with him and said and quot;he is a spirited puppy and needs to learn to be groomedand quot;. He was whining and was very uncomfortable in her arms plus I'm sure he was in pain. He is a white dog and the holes were red and obvious. The owner offered to give him a free oatmeal bath to calm the holes down and I said no and took him the the vet who had us use an ointment on the holes which eventually healed within a week. Before this experience we had no problems with Elaine. We will not be back and use another groomer now.

Staff at Noah's Ark were VERY gentle and considerate to my cats . . . noting that while my 7 month old was OK with the experience probably due to the gentle way he was treated. My older cat had a lot of undercoat built up and needed much more attention beyond the shampoo - so, when I came to pick them up, the groomer needed my help to get my cat out of the kennel so he could be dried off and combed out, as he was and quot;not a happy camperand quot; with the experience . . . it had been several years since he'd been bathed and he has always been a and quot;drama queenand quot; about it.
If I had any criticism at all it would be that things could have been a bit more tidy in the grooming area. But, that's not and quot;normallyand quot; an area where customers are expected to be welcomed and they were VERY busy that Friday. I have no doubt they had no time to stop and sweep up/tidy up as the day progressed.
Again, if you are concerned about how gentle and considerate your pet is treated, this is the pet groomer for you. While I was there - which was a good 30-45 minutes, all I heard from all staff members working on various small dogs was calm, soothing toned voices continuously soothing and reassuring the pet they were working on. My cat was the ONLY one having issues with any thing going on there . . . and in case you don't know it, most generally cats HATE getting wet and shampooing is NOT one of their favorite things to do. By the way both my cats were so clean and silky soft, I have never been able to say that about even shampoos I have given my cats in the past. So, huge KUDOs to Noah's Ark pet grooming . . . they are terrific!!!

I was very pleased with the service provided to me and my dogs. My dogs were overdue for a grooming and had some mats. The groomers did a really good job and my dogs look great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable.

We were really pleased with them. We have a dog that was going through cancer treatment and could not go to a groomer when other animals would be there because we had to be careful of infection and she would get exposed to other animals. It was really hard and we wanted to get her groomed so in that way her hair would grow and give her warmth. They were able to work out something and allowed us to come after hours the same day. We were really pleased with them for that.

They are amazing in what they do. In fact my veterinary recommended them. They show attention to detail. The attitude of the staff is such that it's a pleasure to bring my cats to their facility. I appreciate the fairness of their pricing. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to them.

I called outside of business hours and left message. They replied early on the next day, around 8:30am. We arranged for service the same day, at 10:00am. I delivered my dog (Jack) and gave instructions. They indicated a man would be doing the grooming and I noted that Jack is sometimes troublesome with men. They immediately agreed to use a female groomer. The service took about 3 hours, as originally stated. They noted an ear infection needing attention. The grooming was excellent and Jack was in good spirits when I picked him up. I am very pleased with their service and friendliness and will use them again.

You can always expect good grooming from Noah's Ark. They do a good job of brushing out your cat and not keeping them there all day. I just feel they do a wonderful job all the way around.
