I have personally dealt with many RE agents in the past 20 years, and I have never experienced the excellence service that Steve Krohn provided. He exceeded my expectations of an RE agent in terms of service, going the extra mile, thoughtfulness, fighting for his clients best interest, energy, integrity and closing the deal in a professional manner. All this, while being genuinely personable. For starters, Steve previewed many homes for us, and photographed the most appropriate homes. He answered all our questions thoroughly. We went through many offers which were not accepted for various reasons, but Steve continued searching for the right home. The home we finally bought was a short sale home and Steve successfully fended off the seedy seller's agent request for more concessions. He pushed the deal along on all ends -- title ins. co, sellers' agent, mortgage company. He was there for the termite inspection and appraisal. He arranged with contractors to fix a broken window, even after the deal closed. He used bolt cutters to unlock the garage, and handled several other fix-it issues. I highly recommend Steve Krohn for serious buyers and sellers.
