LuAnn is SIMPLY THE BEST . . . . my husband and I were looking for a Realtor to sell his rental. The first agent I contacted never returned my calls or e-mail.  A co-worker recommended LuAnn . . . I e-mailed LuAnn with details, and within minutes she called with a wealth of information.  She has excellent resources regarding home and pest inspectors, house cleaners, moving and roofing companies, loan officers, etc. She is very detail-oriented, and when glitches came up (and they almost always do in real estate transactions), she was quick to put out fires so the transaction could still come together timely. Since we had such a great experience with LuAnn selling the rental, we used her services and expertise again and again.  She facilitated the purchase of our new home, as well as the sale of our prior home and the sale of my mother's home. So between March-October 2013, LuAnn handled four transactions for us.  LuAnn is extremely ethical, trustworthy, personable, funny, and a d*** good Realtor. Even one of our home buyers liked LuAnn better than their own agent. Without hesitation, we give LuAnn five stars!!
