LIVINGSTON TILE

The work was excellent and the cost and time frames were accurate. This company does first-rate quality work. They may not be the cheapest in the metro area, but they are very good at what they do. Several of my friends and family members have told me that the tile work they completed was excellent quality. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent work and reasonable pricing. Scott initially gave me a $2,000 bid for the job. The job was challenging, as the original tile in the entryway and the vinyl flooring in the bathroom were uneven (approximately a 1/4 inch difference). We were both surprised to learn how much mortar (about 3 inches plus thick) the original builder used on the raised entryway. After discovering that, we quickly moved to plan B. Scott apologized for the additional charge, but he really didn't need to. As a result, he and his coworker spent another full day (very hard work) working on the project. In the end, Scott and his coworker spent 3 and one half days on the project. I thought he was very reasonable and more than fair when it came to the additional charge. The raised entryway alone was a challenge as it included several angles that required detailed cutting. Overall, I was very pleased with the result. Several people have already commented on the quality of the tile and the installation. Scott is now in the process of giving me a bid for the master bath.
