They first came out to give me an estimate on replacing my heating and air conditioning unit which is 32 years old and the original unit that was installed when our home was built. We have a two story house and our unit was not cooling the upstairs at all. He did a thorough inspection and told us that we did not need to replace the unit that it just need a thorough cleaning. He told us that this unit was built by GE, they no longer make air conditioning units and when they did they built them to last! He came out on May 2nd and thoroughly cleaned the coils in the furnace and the air conditioning unit outside and our system is now functioning like it was brand new and we have cold air upstairs blowing like it was brand new! There were no hidden costs, what he said he would charge he did. Instead of a $12,000 new unit that Bell Brothers recommended, it cost me $400 and I basically have a system that runs like new again! They are very professional, friendly and were on time to both appointments. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants an honest, reputable experience! I will use them again...
