Lance was great!  I would highly recommend his company to paint inside or outside and to fix any dry rot repair.  There were a few additional things I wanted painted and Lance did not charge any extra for these, and they made a huge difference.  We will definitely hire him again to paint the interior of our house.

They were very thorough and detail oriented. They cleaned up everything and didn't leave any mess. Lance communicated very well with us throughout the process and worked with us to help us select colors. They delivered a high quality of work and earned my trust and future business.

Lance arrived as scheduled, listened to my requests, quoted me an estimate, and explained the procedure to me.  He was punctual, professional, gave me a great price and scheduled the work right away.

He arrived on time with all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. He completed the job in a timely manner, and exceeded my expectations considering I choose a difficult color (red) for an outdoor job (November).

 Lance is a perfectionist, and wouldn't accept payment until he was happy with the final inspection.

I would (and did) highly recommend Lance McKinney painting to anyone.

I like that they have extreme attention to detail and extensive prep work before they started painting. The work included working on 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. They only used one color.

He sanded the woodwork, removed the hardware and spray painted the doors; brushed and rolled walls and ceilings; taped everything off to prevent smudges, used sufficient plastic and drop cloths to protect furniture and floors, moved furniture as needed. 
They showed up on time and cleaned up every day.  I was comfortable leaving home for an hour or two every day with my dogs while they worked.  They were pleasant and easy going, willing to retouch any area I thought needed it, and to spray rather than brush the cement cast fireplace.  They were attentive to detail, so I don't know if I really needed to say anything about touch ups. 
After I have carpet installed, I will have Lance come back to repair the finish on my cabinets where they have water damage from use, and will hire him when I am ready to repaint the exterior of the house.

Lance and his crew, Bill and Dennis did an excellent job painting the interior of my 2-story house.  I had Lance back after he painted the exterior about 2 years ago.  Lance rolls 2 coats of paint on the walls instead of spraying.  He also re-installed new baseboard up and downstairs and re-textured the upstairs master bedroom/bath and downstairs bath.  I will certainly have Lance back to re-paint the exterior when it needs it again.
