Josephine's Janitorial & House Cleaning

Based on the reviews here, I called Josephine and got her voicemail, left a message.  No response after 2 days.  Tried again, left another message, no response to date.   How can you run a business where you don't bother returning your prospect new customer calls?

Their estimate was very expensive.  They were really professional and thorough.  He came to the house and looked at the house before giving a quote.  That was good.  I will consider getting a quote from them in the future.

Josephine's Janitorial Service is a professionally run company that you can trust.  After providing me a quote and availability, Josephine sent Elizabeth the very next day. She was on time and immediately started packing my crystal and china. She was very careful and conscientious with handling the fragile items that were packed. We also worked together packing up other items in the garage, labeled and stacked the boxes for the movers that arrived the next morning. I will use their services again, and highly recommend this Company to anyone in need of some extra help around the house.

It was a pleasure to have her working for us-it was the first time that we had ever hired a house cleaning service but she was so very pleasant we most certainly will hire her again.
