Excellent, Hidi zoomed right in on our needs. There were only a couple that were dogs but that was due to the selling agents description - not Hidi's fault. She was very patient even though we looked at dozens of homes. She was seldom unavailable for showings. She usually drove us around rather than having us try to follow her. Most we saw would have been great choices but we just didn't fall in love with the property. Once we found a home we loved, Hidi calculated a fair offer which the sellers accepted. She found us another lender after the lender which pre-approved us backed out. The seller hired some cleaners to clean the house for us and she volunteered to supervise them as neither of us could be present at that time.
