My husband mainly dealt with them.  He quite spent some time trouble-shooting. Unfortunately, the part didn't work and he recommended replacing the part entirely would fix it.  It is now taken of.

It went very well. Our problems with the computer also effected our cell phones. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problems, but gave me a primer on some basics with all this "stuff" that no computer or cell phone ,i-pad, or computer rep had ever done. His demeanor was very pleasant and down to earth. I would recommend him highly.

Scott was fantastic.  He came in, assessed the problem, and got straight to work.  He was done in less than an hour.  Yes, I would definitely call on him again for any of our computer needs.  He's very knowledgable and professional.  Plus, he lives in our neighborhood.

Scott is a busy guy, so he needed a few days to schedule me, which is fine.  Busy people are generally busy because their work is known, respected and sought after.  Scott and Rebecca gave me excellent customer service, kept me informed.
Scott took the box home with him to run full, comprehensive scans and tests.  My computer is running fine now.  Scott even got rid of an annoying and unneeded graphics card that had a bad fan that had periodically been making noises for a few years.  I got so used to it, I pretty much ignored it, but Scott recommended removing it since the motherboard has adequate graphics support built into it.  Now I compute in welcome silence!
Scott also saved me some bucks on hard drive strategy.  My PC has just an 80 GB drive in it.  My thought had been to purchase a 250 GB drive and have Scott copy the files, operating system, etc., to the new drive, then make that the new C-drive.  His advice was: save that money to go toward a new PC with a much larger hard drive some day.  Meanwhile, move up from my current, old-fashioned (and time-consuming) DVD backups to cloud-based backups with Carbonite, the service he prefers.  There are others you can explore: http://www.thetop10bestonlinebackup.com/?count=10&count=all&filter-storage=all&filter-price=all
but? I'm going with Carbonite.  The "cheaper" ones are not really cheaper once you get past the limited "free" account (I tried the myPCBackup "free" trial - it only backs up 30 files, then starts barraging you with upgrade offers that basically bring it up to Carbonite's cost and beyond - but, do your own research, make your own decision on that one.
Responding to some emails that I had sent, Scott did a follow-up visit to diagnose a couple of curiosities that cropped up after his first visit.  There were no real problems, just some settings to adjust.  He also told me that some rapidly blinking lights on my keyboard, even after power down, were caused by an old, faulty port on the box, not by the keyboard itself.  Sold me a nice USB port keyboard from his vehicle, $15.  Problem solved.
Great work by two true professionals.  I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic!  I used this company for a second time this year for two totally unrelated computer problems and I will use them again in the future without hesitation.  The company is actually operated by an individual and he has very reasonable prices and can be trusted.  I would not hesitate in calling him again because he makes my life easier and saves me valuable time.

Had issues playing my computer card games. Thought it was video card or monitor but was not the case. Ended up getting a new computer. During the whole process he and his wife were VERY professional, polite, and promt in returning calls and making appointments. When the issue was not the video card he refunded the cost of it, and even the labor, and applied it to installing the new computer. Overall I was very happy with the whole process. I highly recommend this company.

I had made an appointment and it wasn t recorded, so I had to re-schedule. They came right on time for my second appointment. The price was very reasonable. The technician was helpful and friendly. I think they are a very knowledgeable and I will continue using them.
