My experience with them is always excellent.

They are very efficient. Told me I could wait in customer lounge while work was being performed. Probably would take 1 1/2 hrs. I was surprised when after 45 minutes, the work was completed. I trust Mike and Joe Jones. They are knowledgeable and capable! Cheaper than going to the dealership!

With 140,000 miles on my Civic Hybrid it was time to change the spark plugs. I called around to the dealership and 2 or 3 local shops and their prices were between $270-$300 for just the spark plug service. I called Expert Automotive after reading their positive reviews on Angie's List and their price was $208. Once I dropped the car off I asked how much for an oil change, and their price was only $40! These Civic hybrids use synthetic oil, so oil changes are usually in the $60 range. They were friendly from start to finish, and had my car done in reasonable time (done earlier than expected). I highly recommend them, and will be back with my other car for maintenance, too!

THEY HAVE BEEN THE ONLY PEOPLE I LET TOUCH MY CARS. I ALWAYS BUY A HONDA SO I CAN HAVE THEM DO THE WORK. THEY ONLY WORK ON HONDA OR ACURA MODELS. EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY GOES TO THEM AS WELL, EXCEPT MY BROTHER WHO DOES NOT HAVE A HONDA OR ACURA.

I started taking my car here over a year ago. I used to take my car to the Honda dealership religiously, but after awhile I felt like I was just a number. That's when a friend told me about Expert Automotive. I took my car in and haven't looked back. Everytime I go here I know I can trust them to take care of my car like it was their own, and if there are ever any problems they work hard to figure out what is wrong. They won't ever tell you something needs to be done that doesn't and they don't try to blow smoke over your head using mechanical terms your don't understand. If you have a Honda or an Acura I would take it here. They do great work!

The thing I liked about this company is that they are very honest. If they don't specialize in something that you need to have done, they will refer you to someone that does. They are able to fix the problems the majority of the time. They always kept us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. They will either lock the vehicle up in back or if you want they will leave it out front for you to pick up after work. The wife runs the office and is always very professional. I also like the fact that I am treated as well as my husband is when he goes in. They don't try to take advantage of you just because you are a woman. They are very family orientated.

This is an excellent shop. They are a small operation and it is always neat and tidy there. The mechanics all seem to be very knowledgeable of their work. I would recommend them to others.

I have had Expert Automotive work on my Honda for the last 5 or 6 years. They are great. They are always there the tell me what needs to be done, and they tell me when I can hold off on some repairs. (I've had my Honda for almost 10 years, and I kept trying to take it in for the 60,000 mile check-up. They kept telling me I was too early. They had checked out my car and everything was just fine. Sure enough, my Honda runs fine, have never had any trouble with it and I owe it all to Expert Automotive. These guys are the greatest! Only problem is that they only work on Hondas and Acuras.

Another place said our fluid was really clogged and estimated the cost at $2500 for replacing the transmission. Expert Automotive said there was nothing wrong with it and just ran a check.

The guys at Expert are punctual, professional and honest. I cannot say enough about what great work they do. I have never had to take my car back to have anything fixed again. Their prices are great and they only do what is necessary. The car is always ready when they say it will be and there are never any surprise charges.
