elk grove cleaning

This company, also dba Clean Pro was hired for a 1 time complete final clean on our vacant mobile home. I was quoted $30. per hour and estimated 6 hours for the job. Job was started 8/7/19 at 3:00 pm and cleaner Chrissy called at 8:53 pm to say job done and could come to my home and pick up check for 6 hours, $180. which was paid on the promise that since I would be out of town for a week she would come back to mobile if not satisfactory. On her word I didn't check job until I got back from trip out of town on 8/14. Upon viewing the job I found very little was done. Hard floors not well mopped, windows not cleaned, all cabinet drawers and shelves untouched, appliance exterior/tops not touched, I called Christine directly 916.583-2235 who agreed to come back 8/17. Did not show. I called the company spoke with Todd Elving 916.475-3034 who rudely and vehemently refused to consider correcting/finishing the job even though the cleaner agreed. Hung up on me and wouldn't even hear about what was not done.
