He showed up & within minutes had the problem diagnosed! He didn't try to upsell at all! The repair was done & he was gone within 60 min ! We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, he offered great tips to help maximize the cool in our home (which had several add ons and only certain rooms were cooled) . The price was well below what we anticipated the repair to be, which included 3# R22. We strongly recommend this company& will hire them again! Thank You Angies List!

It was terrific! I call them the A team. It was always done perfectly. He also done HVAC for me. The company was fantastic.

We noticed on a Sunday that we were no longer getting cold air into our house. On Monday, we contacted Elite who told us someone would come between 11-1. At around 10:30 the repairman called and asked if he could come earlier which we of course agreed to. He came within minutes and diagnosed the problem as a broken capacitor. He pulled the old capacitor off and explained how he knew it was broken including testing it with a voltmeter which had a zero reading. He had a new one in his vehicle, showed that it was working using the voltmeter, installed the capacitor, and left within 20 minutes of arriving. The price seemed slightly high, but reasonable based on researching the internet after-the-fact. With summer days upcoming, we are definitely glad that We had Elite fix our unit and would used them again.

My furnace decided to work only when it wanted to last night.  I woke up this morning and my house was in the 50's.  I have a weird, custom system that I learned was rarely installed in residential homes shortly after purchasing the house.
I left a message for Elite at 6:30am and got a reply from Jason by 7:00am, telling me he would try to fit me into his schedule today.  On the coldest day of the year, he did not complain about how slammed he was with other calls, all he did was ask for my address and let me know he'd be out today.  I will admit that he forgot to tell me when he'd be out, but a quick call to Maryanne in the office and I was told Jason would be here between 12:00 and 2:00.  At 12:45, my furnace decided it wanted to work again.  I called Maryanne again to ask her to send Jason to someone who was totally without heat today and comeback when they were less busy.  Too late.  Jason was already in the driveway.  Jason said he'd take a look since he was already here.  5 minutes in the attic looking at my custom system (with me hovering) and Jason tells me he need to go down to his truck to get the control board's manual.  Again, I have a custom system, what are the chances Jason has the part I need, much less the manual?  With Elite, it appears that it's a pretty good chance.  Jason found the error code my control board was showing, determined it was a bad heat sensor (which Maryanne had already guessed it was over the phone when I tried to cancel the call), cleaned the heat sensor and showed me how to do it myself in the future if I wanted to.  Viola!  Furnace now works when I want it to without any unnecessary and expensive parts, just some know how from Jason.
I can't say enough how much I appreciate Elite.  In today's world, where customer service is so often lacking and companies just want to sell you parts that they have a huge margin on, Elite go against that model.  Elite impresses the heck out of me with their service and willingness to actually troubleshoot what turned out to be a simple fix instead of selling me an expensive part.
I have managed several rental properties for the past 10 years and until I found Elite, I had not found another Heat & A/C company, big or small, that I liked enough to stick with for more than a few service calls. You'll call Elite once and never call anyone else for your heat and A/C needs again.

They were on time.  They were fast in the sense that they kept working on it.  Their work seemed to be effective in solving the problem.  The pricing seemed a little high for the Freon that they added because I had checked with other companies. 

Eric is great.  He has come to my house and helped me with AC problems twice (first time was last summer, different issues). He's professional and knowledgeable, an honest technician.  I am a new home owner and have little knowledge about how to take care of a house/AC.  Will definitely use their service again and trust Jason and Eric on maintenance of the AC and heating unit. 

Called these guys on the personal recommendation of a friend.  Had Bell Bros. out for routine HVAC check/maintenance and the tech told me my ducting was inadequate for my unit.  (Their previous tech did not mention anything) Bell Bros did a very thorough and professional job of checking ducts, reporting and explaining, but the price dropped my jaw.  Elite came out and suggested some improvements Bell Bros did not, and their price was literally HALF the Bell Bros estimate. 
The team of two that did the work were great, and entertaining.  They left a tool and a bucket of screws, and there was confusion over the # and size of the vent covers, so it took a couple visits after the work was done, but they were apologetic and friendly about it all.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Our system wouldn't come on this weekend and a neighbor highly recommended Jason at Elite. Mary Ann answered my call immediately, took down all the pertinent info and arranged to have Jason come out early the very next morning. She was friendly, efficient and very professional. During the course of our conversation, she was even able to troubleshoot a possible cause of our problem... the new roof installed this past week.
Just in case Mary Ann was right about the new roof,  I immediately contacted the roofer and he sent a worker over within the hour to see if they could find the problem, but after going on the roof twice and even going into our attic to check all the wiring, the worker couldn't find anything wrong.
Jason, the owner of Elite Heating and Air Conditioning, arrived on time the next morning and within minutes had my system back online. And Mary Ann *was* right - the new roof was the culprit! The wire going from the unit to the thermostat had been pinched by some of the flashing at one point resulting in a short. Jason not only repaired the wire, but modified the flashing so it wouldn't happen again. He really went above and beyond though by taking pictures of the before and after that I can present to the roofer for reimbursement along with a detailed invoice explaining the entire situation.
And all for only $59.00!
Jason was super nice and personable, and like his wife, Mary Ann, very knowledgeable and professional. How refreshing to find a company that is not only efficient, but honest. Jason could have easily told me it was a much bigger problem and charged me oodles of money to fix my system. Even though he didn't make any money on this call, he most assuredly has all of our future business and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. But you don't have to take my word for it, also take a look at his Yelp reviews - every single one is a 5 star review!

I call this company because I trust them in my house and I trust their work. They didn't try to sell me anything. They come out and do the job with no fuss. A good, honest company.

They were great. They came out promptly and gave us good quotes. They were very responsive and gave us a quote for what we wanted. We checked on Angie?s List, and we selected the top companies that had good recommendations and had worked in the area. The reviews seemed to be accurate. We went with somebody who was a relative of our daughter?s husband. We would consider getting a quote from them again if necessary.
