We complete all the necessary paperwork and schedule and oversee all the maintenance work. We are 24 hours if needed. That's right! I spoke with Josh of Eagle Investment Management for the rental management of my property in early June 2012. He quickly answered my questions and was very upfront. He quickly sent me completely filled in sample contracts for my review. Josh has been very easy to work with and in less than one month has found a family to lease the residence for 1 year. He has kept me updated as needed and obtains my approval/agreement before going ahead with either needed work or questions about the rental.
Prices are clearly posted on the web site and seem to be very fair. 5% monthly.
Overall I am quite pleased with the my experience at Eagle Investment Management.
