"Hello Mr [Member Name Removed], First I would like to thank you for using dryer vent wizard. I have reviewed your invoice and would like to explain the services a little more detailed. You had more than a hole drilled. There was a service fee, vent cover installation and the 4" hole drilled. Please understand, drilling through outside walls are typically a minimum of 4-10 inches thick of stucco, brick or wood. This process is not an easy or quick process if done correctly. Sometimes you may go through 2 sets of hole saws and requires a lot of manpower to break through all of the layers and can be more difficult if standing on a ladder to do so. Masonary companies would have charged the same price or more just to drill the hole with no other services. I would like to address the covering of the old hole, it was not just a piece of tape. Underneath the tape is a 4" sheetrock or stucco behind it to seal the hole. If you have any questions or concerns please call me direct. Inspector advised no work was needed as the vents were very clean.
There was no charge for the service as none was done but the inspection.

There are competitors out there and you can get cheap prices but please be aware of the service you may get. I apologize for credit problem, I can not recall what happened. The service was excellent! I am very conscious about cleaning out my lint catcher after each load of laundry. There was a lot of lint that got inside the dryer which looked like a fire hazard. We were thinking about getting a new dryer and now there is no need since the air flow is good after the service. We tried to clean the vent ourselves but without the proper equipment did not get the air flow like Dryer Wizard got..

"Hello [member name removed], I am sorry to hear the technician left lint on the side of your home. I am MORE than willing to send the technician back out to your place ASAP to clean whatever lint was left! As far as the dryer not drying, as explained, when ever you do not clean your dryer vent it will cause the dryer to malfunction, not work properly, long dry times, heating elements or thermo fuses will burn out. We do not have anything to do with the dryer, We only clean repair and install dryer vents. As explained once the dryer vent is cleaned out and you continue to have problems more than likely you have burned out the heating element or thermo fuse and will need to call a "dryer repair company" to fix your dryer. In some instances after we clean the vent the dryer will reset itself and dry your clothes, but again, often times it will need to be repaired. I assure you dryer vent wizard has cleaned your vent and provided the service you paid for. What we did has nothing to do with the functionality of your dryer vent. If you would have had your dryer repaired and not cleaned your dryer vent the dryer would have broke down again.
