Hi, my name is David Buck. I started Delta Steam-Way in 1989. In 1992 I became an IICRC Master Cleaner. I perform all the cleaning in my clients homes personally. I do not send employee's.

I have used Delta Steam-way for eight years and last time I used another company because they were cheaper and I regretted it. Dave Buck is just great. My carpeting looks like new (10 years old) even though it is cream colored. My very thick carpet is always completely dry within about twelve hours. He also cleans uphostery, tile and leather and does minor carpet patching. I asked him to clean my sectional and he told me to take the covers off and wash them in the washer because it would look better and be cheaper. He won't do something unless he thinks it is the right thing to do. He is punctual and professional and friendly. I leave him alone in my house because I trust his integrity. Yes, he is a little pricier but he is worth the extra because he does a fabulous job.

"I have had the privilege of cleaning all but 3 houses on the member's street. It is truly a joy to clean the carpet in a home like hers. I am a bit more expensive than the average carpet cleaner, just like the member stated, but the extra money that my clients spend goes right into the cleaning job. The bottom line is this . . . even though I charge more, I don't make any more money than other carpet cleaners, because I invest my clients money into things like ultra-pac pre-spray for instance, which is 3 time's as expensive as some of the other stuff out there . . . but it just flat out works better than anything else on the market. My clients don't skimp on me and I make sure they are getting the very best value out of every dime they spend."
