Davina's Spectacular Cleaning Service

We contacted Davina to begin a monthly house cleaning service.  The first appointment was scheduled for Friday, July 5, 2013.  We needed the house to be cleaned before guests arrived on July 11th.  On the Friday morning, Davina phoned and had to cancel the appointment for personal reasons.  We completely understood and were happy to reschedule for Sunday, July 7th.  On Sunday, Davina phoned and needed to reschedule because she had worked late at her other job the night before.  We agreed and rescheduled for Wednesday, July 10th.  Davina was aware that we had company arriving the following day and promised to be on schedule.  She called the evening before to confirm.  However, she did not show up.  She did not reply to phone text messages nor phone calls nor voicemails.  We have not heard from her since.
