The fireplace insert we bought from Custom Fireside is the best home improvement we have made in more than 20 years. Their service and range of products are outstanding. The sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The fireplace insert has improved our quality of life tremendously. We saved money on our utility bills and couldn't be more satisfied.

They sold my original stove to someone else and gave me one that did not work as well. The installers did not train on the product at all. I would pass on this company.
