He was fast and efficient, but, for $445.00, we did not receive an "original report". Just a fax with black pictures we could not view. Curtis said he would email or send original photos, but has not. An "original" hard-copy report (or even an emailed report we could print in color) would have been much more helpful for our purposes. I do not have a CLEAR COPY for escrow or the Seller (bank repo). This would have been a big plus and, certainly, what I had expected.
