Curtis goes above and beyond. Then, he even goes beyond that, in helpfulness, information and true professionalism. You simply will not find any independent, certified expert who is more responsive, knowledgable and helpful than Curtis.

Curtis is amazing. We had him test lead, mold, asbestos, VOC levels and radon during our inspection period of buying a house that is over 100 years old. He conducted the tests, had to come back a couple of times to pick up testing kits, etc. His reports were helpful. Even more, he had long discussions with me, consulted with me about the level of testing I wanted to do, was conscious about pricing, didn't try to push a cadillac package, but when I pushed for it, he told me what would be valuable, what wouldn't, and what was my decision. He explained every risk he saw. He was courteous, on time, responsive. Hire him in a heartbeat!!!

Curtis provided a lot of information when I was getting quotes for the owner of the building. He made our decission easy to pick him. His prices were the best with 2 samples for fiberglass contamination & the results were in the very next day.Thumbs up for Curtis. We will hire him again for any future air quality tests.
