 + -1 moreWell, they did terrible right from the start. I am still in the mist of a dispute with them. First off, this was a very simple task that should not have gone this far. I originally talked to them on the phone and when they came out, they came out with no parts. They said they would be back the next day with the parts and they never showed up. The next day after that they came back, again with no parts. They would not answer our phone calls or anything. Finally I went to Comp USA and they called while I was there. They said that they were at my home and no one was there. They said they were leaving the parts at the house and I would have to do the job myself. They charged me $400 for not even touching my computer. It was terrible. I even checked them with the BBB and they have terrible ratings.
Description of Work: Computer Geeks were hired to perform a simple task for my computer. They were to update the memory for me.
