CLIENT READY INC

I signed up with this company for a template based web site for 299.00. I was able to speak with them with no problem when discussing the purchase of this product-but that was soon to change! The templates and software are acceptable, but the service is unbelievably horrible. As soon as they get your money,they will not answer phone messages, will not respond promptly (or at all) to e-mail, do not answer their phone most of the time during business hours. They offer a "10 Day' money back guarantee, but I did not receive access to the templates within the 10 days, so that makes it really hard to decide if the service is what you need. They tried to convince me on day 14 that this was because they were trying to design something "special" for me as a favor! Wow, do I feel like I got taken-and the web site offers a 15 day free trial which is apparently not in their service contract, so they do not ever acknowledge this. I called their "customer service manager" to cancel in the first ten days by phone but she convinced me that it had just been a misunderstanding and that she would get it all straight and I would get my site done-I should have stuck to my guns and canceled, but she seemed very sincere. I stayed on, and finally did get them to upload a logo on a template, place a header on the site(which looked HORRIBLE and was not reflective of the sample I sent them), and after DAYS of calling and e-mailing and begging, FINALLY got an hour on the phone with them to tell me how to load products on the site. I began to do this, and had so many issues with the site-all of the products were crooked, it was really unprofessional looking. I made a clear list of all of the things that needed to be addresses, and CLEARLY offered to pay additional fees if necessary for these items to be addressed-after a week I still had no response from them. Again, they did not return messages, e-mails, or answer calls. I am pretty certain that several times they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. Now a month has gone by, full of frustration! I made an error on the template one day and was locked out of the site- they would not respond, and I had to get a friend to go into the HTML section of the template and fix it for me-guess I would STILL be locked out if he had not helped. This Company ACTS as if they are a big design firm, but I am CONVINCED that there are only a handful of people there-possibly only 2-The guy I worked with claimed that they did not answer the phone because he was out of the office.....is he the only person that works there? I think so-They refuse to refund my money now, and claim that there terms of service only allow cancellation within ten day-well beware, because in 10 days you will have nothing, and IF you are actually able to talk or e-mail with them they will keep you hopeful until day 11, and then I guess they can't answer the phone or work any more because they are out having lunch on your 299.00!!!
