Window Treatment Service
Shutters were installed and have been satisfactory. When the initial order of shades was brought to the house, they were all of a translucent type, whereas we had ordered an opaque type. After correct "shades" were installed, we discovered they were not truly opaque, but salesman refused to replace them, saying we had received what you ordered. Later, one shade was found to be too short to close fully. Having been heatedly rebuffed over the opaque issue, we did not bother to request replacement of this shade.
