THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNONG CALL, PROVIDING A QUOTE ON THE WORK NEEDED. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, AND IT WAS TIMELY. THEY COMPLETED THE PROJECT WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME. THEY RETURNED PROMPTLY TO ADDRESS A PROBLEM (BABY PIGEONS WERE TRAPPED BEHIND THE SPIKES). HE BUILT A DOOR THAT THEY COULD ESCAPE BUT NOT RETURN. HE FOLLOWED UP PERIODICALLY TO BE SURE THE PIGEONS LEFT AND DID NOT RETURN.
