+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNONG CALL, PROVIDING A QUOTE ON THE WORK NEEDED. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, AND IT WAS TIMELY. THEY COMPLETED THE PROJECT WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME. THEY RETURNED PROMPTLY TO ADDRESS A PROBLEM (BABY PIGEONS WERE TRAPPED BEHIND THE SPIKES). HE BUILT A DOOR THAT THEY COULD ESCAPE BUT NOT RETURN. HE FOLLOWED UP PERIODICALLY TO BE SURE THE PIGEONS LEFT AND DID NOT RETURN.
Description of Work: THEY GOT RID OF PIGEONS. THEY INSTALLED NETTING AND SPIKES IN NESTING AREAS, DOWNSPOUTS, LEDGES TO REPEL THE PIGEONS. THEY APPLIED SANITIZER TO ALL PIGEON DROPPINGS, SCRAPED/WIRE BRUSHED ALL ACCESSIBLE RESIDUE. I GOT A FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR SERVICE AND FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON SPIKES, AND TEN YEAR WARRANTY ON NETTING. IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE PROJECT, BUT WORTH THE RESULTS. DUE TO THE SEVERITY OF THE NESTING AND MULTIPLES OF THESE BIRDS IT WAS TOO MUCH FOR US TO TAKE CARE OF ON OUR OWN.
