+ -1 moreThe plumber and his assistant installed the heater. They were prompt and workmanlike. I had to get a city permit for the hot water heater. The City inspector took a few minutes to approve the job.
Description of Work: The plumber bought a 40 gal water heater and installed in a tight closet, back in the porch (in a rental house). First I went to Lowe's and I paid $45.00 at Lowe's to get a "referral" from a plumbing service. They referred to an outside plumbing service and the workman said I must get a 30 gal heater because the closet is very small. I didn't want a 30 gal heater, but I would satisfied for 40 gal heater. (The present heater was 50 gal heater, but it was VERY VERY tight I went to a wholesale plumbing store and the clerk told about my problem. He said I was referred to Frank Baeta. Frank came to the inspect the closet and he said he could install a 40 gal heater.
