We have over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Including New Home Construction, Apartments, Condos and Remodeling. Extensive experience in construction inspecting, value engineering, expert witnesses. We are certified and members in good standing with (InterNACHI) the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Our continuing education keeps us up to date on the latest issues and technics. We are IAC2 certified in both Mold, Radon and Asbestos. We offer low cost pool and spa inspections along with your home inspection. Acutec Home Inspections Sacramento is located in Elk Grove but we service the Sacramento valley and foothill communities.

Jeremy called back in the morning within minutes and I told him the problem of ice building up below freezer pull out compartment. He knew exactly the solution and asked me for the model and serial number of the refrigerator so he could obtain the replacement part. He came that afternoon within a 2 hour window he specified. He replaced the part and gave tips on refrigerator maintenance. We are completely satisfied with Jeremy's professionalism and service.
Description of Work: Resolved problem of ice buildup below the freezer drawer compartment.
