Tammy came out as scheduled to discuss installation of new seamless rain gutters. We discussed my preferences for the gutters and her recommendations for placement of the downspouts. She provided me with an estimate for the minimum work I was considering and for a full installation. Upon my decision to proceed with their services, I faxed the signed estimate/contract to Tammy and she scheduled the installation. Installation took place as scheduled and I had little clean-up to do after the workers left. I had to have a bit of additional work performed afterward (they had to raise the gutter a bit at my front door as it blocked my security door from opening fully and I had to have them raise the bottom of a downspout a bit so I could place a splash block). It took a couple of calls to get the corrections made, but Tammy was very helpful, polite and concerned that I be a happy customer. The gutters look and work great! The final cost was only $45 higher than estimated.
